Student participants will be accommodated in hotels and lodges just outside the campus. Rooms will be allocated on a first come first serve basis (based on registration) with two people in a room. The cost of these rooms (available right now) vary from Rs. 350/- to Rs. 600/- per night per person.

Please note that we will only be blocking the rooms and you will have to make the payment directly to the hotel based on your stay.

The final allocations (hotel details and cost of stay) will be notified after the early bird registration is closed (January 20, 2017).

Faculty among the participants will be accommodated in a guest house inside IISc which again is based on a first come first serve basis (subject to availability). In case of unavailability of rooms in any guest house inside IISc, you will be accommodated in one of the hotels just outside IISc.

Note: We will be accommodating only the participants. Since it is a festive season, most of these hotels and lodges are tight on rooms. We need to make sure that all participants get accommodated. So, if you are accompanied by your family/friends, we cannot guarantee accommodation to them until all the participants have been accommodated.
